SL Cybersec Solutions Sdn Bhd (1322087-K) (“we”, “us”) respects your privacy. This notice explains how we handle personal data collected through www.slns.asia, in line with the Personal Data Protection Act 2010 (PDPA).
1. Personal data we collect
When you send an enquiry through our contact form, we collect:
- Your name and email address
- Your organisation (optional)
- The service you are interested in, and your message
If you choose “Send via WhatsApp”, your message is sent from your own WhatsApp account to our business number (+60 19-233 9039) and is handled by WhatsApp under its own privacy policy.
Like most websites, our server also records basic technical data (such as IP address, browser type and the date and time of a visit) for security and to protect the site from attacks.
2. Why we use it
- To reply to your enquiry and provide quotations, training information or services you ask for
- To arrange and manage training programmes and projects you engage us for
- To keep our website secure and prevent spam and misuse
- To meet our legal and regulatory obligations
We do not sell your personal data, and we do not use it for marketing unless you have asked to receive such information.
3. Your consent
Our contact form cannot be sent until you tick the consent box. By ticking it you agree that we may process your personal data as described in this notice. Providing your name and email address is necessary for us to reply; if you do not provide them, we will not be able to respond to your enquiry.
4. Who we share it with
We only share your personal data where needed for the purposes above, with:
- Our website hosting and email service providers, who store the data on our behalf
- Google reCAPTCHA, which checks form submissions for spam and bots
- Meta (WhatsApp), only if you choose to contact us by WhatsApp
- Government agencies or authorities where required by law
Some of these providers may store data on servers outside Malaysia. Where this happens, we take reasonable steps to make sure your data remains protected.
5. How long we keep it
Website enquiries are kept for up to 12 months and are then deleted automatically. Information that becomes part of a contract, invoice or training record is kept for as long as required by law and our business record-keeping obligations.
6. How we protect it
We apply security measures based on the OWASP Top 10, including encrypted HTTPS connections, a web application firewall, restricted administrator access and regular software updates.
7. Cookies
Our website does not use advertising or tracking cookies. Essential cookies may be set by our security services and when our staff log in to manage the website.
8. Your rights
Under the PDPA you may:
- Ask for access to the personal data we hold about you
- Ask us to correct data that is inaccurate, incomplete or out of date
- Withdraw your consent, or ask us to limit how we use your data
- Ask us to delete your enquiry before the 12-month period ends

SL Cybersec Solutions Sdn Bhd (1322087-K) (“kami”) menghormati privasi anda. Notis ini menerangkan cara kami mengendalikan data peribadi yang dikumpul melalui www.slns.asia, selaras dengan Akta Perlindungan Data Peribadi 2010 (PDPA).
1. Data peribadi yang kami kumpul
Apabila anda menghantar pertanyaan melalui borang hubungan kami, kami mengumpul nama dan alamat e-mel anda, organisasi anda (pilihan), perkhidmatan yang anda minati dan mesej anda. Jika anda memilih “Send via WhatsApp”, mesej anda dihantar dari akaun WhatsApp anda sendiri ke nombor perniagaan kami (+60 19-233 9039) dan dikendalikan oleh WhatsApp di bawah dasar privasinya sendiri. Pelayan kami juga merekodkan data teknikal asas (seperti alamat IP, jenis pelayar dan masa lawatan) untuk tujuan keselamatan.
2. Tujuan penggunaan
Untuk membalas pertanyaan anda dan memberikan sebut harga, maklumat latihan atau perkhidmatan yang diminta; mengurus program latihan dan projek; memastikan laman web selamat serta mencegah spam dan penyalahgunaan; dan mematuhi kewajipan undang-undang. Kami tidak menjual data peribadi anda.
3. Persetujuan anda
Borang hubungan tidak boleh dihantar sehingga anda menandakan kotak persetujuan. Dengan menandakannya, anda bersetuju kami memproses data peribadi anda seperti yang diterangkan dalam notis ini. Nama dan alamat e-mel diperlukan untuk kami membalas; tanpanya kami tidak dapat menjawab pertanyaan anda.
4. Pihak yang menerima data
Penyedia perkhidmatan hosting dan e-mel kami; Google reCAPTCHA untuk menapis spam; Meta (WhatsApp) jika anda memilih menghubungi kami melalui WhatsApp; dan agensi kerajaan jika dikehendaki oleh undang-undang. Sesetengah penyedia mungkin menyimpan data di luar Malaysia, dan kami mengambil langkah munasabah untuk memastikan data anda kekal dilindungi.
5. Tempoh simpanan
Pertanyaan melalui laman web disimpan sehingga 12 bulan dan kemudian dipadam secara automatik. Maklumat yang menjadi sebahagian daripada kontrak, invois atau rekod latihan disimpan selama yang dikehendaki oleh undang-undang.
6. Keselamatan
Kami melaksanakan langkah keselamatan berdasarkan OWASP Top 10, termasuk sambungan HTTPS yang disulitkan, tembok api aplikasi web, akses pentadbir yang terhad dan kemas kini perisian secara berkala.
7. Kuki
Laman web kami tidak menggunakan kuki pengiklanan atau penjejakan. Kuki penting mungkin digunakan oleh perkhidmatan keselamatan kami dan semasa kakitangan kami log masuk untuk mengurus laman web.
8. Hak anda
Di bawah PDPA, anda boleh meminta akses kepada data peribadi anda, meminta pembetulan data yang tidak tepat, menarik balik persetujuan atau mengehadkan penggunaan data anda, dan meminta pertanyaan anda dipadam lebih awal. Kami akan menjawab dalam tempoh 21 hari dan mungkin perlu mengesahkan identiti anda terlebih dahulu.
